Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition and understand how to utilize our products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Help in maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system. Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Documentation: Assist in creating and updating customer success documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and training materials.
  • Reporting: Support the team in generating reports on customer satisfaction metrics, product usage, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to address customer needs and contribute to product improvements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
