About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TechOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HTML and CSS, basic accounting knowledge, a passion for technology, and a desire to contribute to the efficiency and success of our technical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role to grow their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for internal teams, addressing issues related to web technologies, network configurations, and software applications.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of all technical systems.
  • Deployment: Assist with the deployment of new software and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Accounting Support: Utilize basic accounting knowledge to assist with technical aspects of financial systems, including troubleshooting and support for accounting software.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical operation or similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Basic understanding of network configurations and web technologies.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
