Enable HIMS Sync for Previous Bookings Pre-Setup

You can now sync existing bookings made before the HIMS setup, eliminating the previous limitation of syncing only post-setup bookings.

Here's what you need to know:

  1. New Settings for HIMS Integration:

New settings have been added under Project → HIMS Setup, allowing you to manage HIMS data population for existing bookings.

  1. Populating HIMS Data for Existing Bookings:

A new "Menerapkan data HIMS ke semua pemesanan yang diaktifkan HIMS" (Apply HIMS data to all HIMS enabled bookings) button populates HIMS data for existing bookings.

What Data Gets Populated?

The following HIMS data will be automatically populated for existing bookings:

  • himsUnitComponentID
  • himsUnitLotPosition
  • himsUnitNumber

Important Notes:


  • Only HIMS-enabled bookings will be populated with data.
  • Existing values in HIMS data fields will be overridden.
  • Bookings with values for both himsDeveloperCode and himsProjectDevelopmentID will be skipped.
  • No errors post successful sync to HIMS.
