We're excited to introduce E-Signatures to the MHub Showroom! This feature lets purchasers securely preview and verify booking forms before signing, without needing an agent present.

Why Should We Use E-Signatures?

Gone are the days of rushed signings without a clear understanding of the terms. E-Signatures offer several advantages:

  • Enhanced Security: E-Signatures ensure a tamper-proof signing process, providing peace of mind for both purchasers and agents.
  • Convenience and Efficiency: No need to wait for an agent to be present for signing. Purchasers can complete the process at their own pace, from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Transparency and Accuracy: The e-signature feature allows purchasers to thoroughly review the booking form details before signing. This minimizes the risk of errors or misunderstandings.

How it Works:

PIN Verification: To Ensure Secure Access?

The purchaser requires a 6-digit PIN to verify their identity. Agents & Sales Staff can provide this PIN.

Agents Share the E-Signature Form

Agents & Sales Staff can easily share the pre-filled booking form with the purchaser through their preferred communication channel (e.g., email, SMS).

E-Signature Flow:

Step 1: Click on Sign on the E-signature icon

Step 2: Agents will share the 6-Digit PIN to purchaser via Whatsapp.

Step 3: Enter Your 6-Digit PIN.

Step 4: Verify Your Details and add in your e-signature.

Step 5: Preview and E-Sign: The purchaser can then preview the form, carefully review all the information, and confidently proceed to sign electronically

Step 6: If all details have been verified and completed you will receive a success message on your e-signature.
